Winters Barns is a gorgeous venue in the Kent countryside, and it suited Ronnie and Danny perfectly. With elegant indoor spaces, a beautiful outdoor ceremony setting, separate grounds perfect for portraits and the iconic bridge over the pond, Winters Barns has it all.

Some weddings just feel like summer, and this was one of those days from the very beginning. Sunshine, great energy and incredible attention to detail ran through everything. Their chosen colour scheme of pink and green was woven into the whole celebration: Ronnie and Danny's suits, the bridal party looks, sunglasses waiting on ceremony chairs, wedding favours, table styling and even their custom dance-floor lighting.

They both got ready at Winters Barns, split between the Salon and the Pump Room before the guests gathered for the outdoor ceremony. After the ceremony and confetti, guests headed to an outdoor drinks reception where a vintage ice cream bike and prosecco bike kept everyone smiling. One of the most meaningful moments was Ronnie's daughter walking him down the aisle and then, at the reception, giving a speech that had everyone hanging on every word.

Ronnie and Danny slipped away for a lovely couples walk through the grounds, with portraits on the bridge over the water becoming some of their favourites from the day. The indoor-outdoor layout worked perfectly throughout the whole wedding and as two photographers we could cover both spaces at once.
